How to apply
Please tour the apartment before applying.
- Book a tour.
- Fill out the rental application. One application per adult, or use the co-applicant section.
- Email it back with proof of income, such as recent pay stubs or an employment letter.
- We'll contact your references and, with your consent, run a credit check. You won't need to give your Social Insurance Number.
- If approved, you'll sign the lease and pay the security deposit. The lease length and deposit are listed on each property's page.
Tenant insurance is required before you move in.
